I believe there isn't just one path to wellness. Each person has to decide what their path is going to be and I aim to assist them in that journey. My goal isn't to change your mind, but to help you understand why you feel, think and act the way you do. It is up to you then to decide if you want to do things differently. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on your needs, but my main goals are to listen, understand, empathize and provide a non-judgmental environment for you to work things out.
